Open five years ago, this dining club has built a sound reputation.  The regular customers meet from Tuesdays to Saturdays.  The atmosphere is convivial; one feels at home, orchestras regularly play in the evening and the design handmade from wood.  Unknown or little known artists sing there.  Jace, the founder of the Gouzous, has changed the loo into a huge mouth.  Its cuisine consists of simple and rapid meals.  Salad, pasta or grilled kebabs are served in minutes.  But, the Latino coffee house owes its success primarily to its style of hosting.  The boss, Nico and the barman, Guillaume, do everything to maintain a warm and relaxed atmosphere.
