Enjoying a tropical cocktail within a backdrop of varied music, all wrapped up in a unique décor: here is what the Jungle Village offers to its clientele.  Located along the main street in Saint-Gilles les bains, this bar distinguishes itself from the others thanks to its insular fragrance that prevails.      

To enliven the evenings, there is nothing like that to discover the local nightlife.  The Jungle Village surprises, seduces and for a very good reason: a two-storey bar club with subdued lightings, embedded aquariums in the ceiling, a relaxed atmosphere and a varying music. 

It's along the wooden tables and in the shade of straw that one may enjoy tropical fruits cocktails: Crazy Monkey, Sex on the beach or yet the famous eponym beverage: the Jungle.

Open for the past nine years, the bar has kept on evolving to meet the thriving needs of the nightlife enthusiasts.  In recent years, a club has emerged to enable everyone to dance to the rhythms of different cultural backgrounds.  At Jungle Village, the evenings take place while sustaining a unique feature, at least that's the primary goal of the official DJ: DJ Titus who strives to meet the customers' expectations: "You need to know how to vary and use musical diversity.  I try to figure out what people like at any given time of the evening."  
On evening themes, other musical styles are highlighted: Wednesdays: DJ Titoune creates a general rhythm to the tempo.  There is something to suit every taste.  Two Thursdays per month: the famous and popular electro nights... Forthcoming event: discos and Top 50 on Thursdays.  

In other words, the Jungle Village perfectly fits in the local mixed race in presenting a miscegenation musical style.  

Six barmen and waiters enjoy working here to better serve the clientele across the island.  Stef is a barman at the Jungle Village.  Representing much more than a mere job, his vocation fascinates him and the evenings often look like a party with friends: "We try to ensure that the clientele spends a nice time, without worrying about the rest.  The atmosphere is really relaxed, sulkiness is banned here."  

The Jungle Village is a big family or staff and clientele who mingle each evening to liven the streets illuminated along the most beautiful coast of the island.
