Water-skiing
Water-skiing requires well definite conditions : no wind, a lake that needs to be at least 1000 metres long and rather narrow in order to avoid waves, fresh water and soft banks bordered with reeds in order to avoid backwash. The only water-skiing spot of the island, Etang Saint Paul’s lake meets all the requirements.
