Davy Sicard à Saint-Denis

This Saturday night, Davy Sicard, the follower of modern and entrancing maloya style in which are mirrored the various components of the mixed race of Réunion Island, India, Madagascar, Africa and Europe, will be on the Espace Jeumon’s stage in Saint-Denis from 08 00pm. 
For the last time of year 2007, this early thirties composer and songwriter presents his new album “Ker Maron” upon which the Creole songs followed the French ones.  The songs in Creole and French depict the true story of this troubadour, in quest for his roots.         

The Ukrainian Children’s choir of Odessa

A true phenomenon in the Ukraine’s vocal art, this children’s choir, was founded in 1981 and is made up of youngsters, from ten to eighteen years old.  It is considered as one of the best choir in the world.
An in-depth interpretation, an ingenuous intonation, timbres and an outstanding and highly expressive, the Choir of Odessa is of top quality music.  The programme would consist of classical music, religious and orthodox music, Christmas carols and Ukrainian songs.
