For the last two years, Fréderic Riot has been traveling from the north to the south of the island. The Te Mana does not have a restaurant but just a kitchen in Saint-Gilles les Bains. It works on a multi deliveries platform; home, beach, gym, office. The sushi is a raw fish delicacy. The Te Mana takes orders several hours in advance or the day before. The delivery is free of charge and if you live in the highest areas of the island, it is better to fix a meeting place with the delivery man. Delivery is assured every day from 8.00 am to 9.00 pm.
