I would like to share some addresses of good restaurants with you. We went to eat at them and the prices were affordable.
At Saint Gilles Les Bains : &ampldquoLe Guetali&rdquo is found on a small island in the port area, with an unrestricted view over the ocean and the harbour. Good and hearty meal. Price: cheap.
At Boucan Canot : &ampldquoLe Comptoir Creole&rdquo: really delicious. The manageress is charming and her husband is an excellent chef. We ate an awful lot and tasted the Creole cuisine. The restaurant is not very far from the &ampldquoGrand Hotel des Mascareignes.&rdquo
At Cilaos : &ampldquoLes Trois Mus&ampeacutees&rdquo, excellent and inexpensive. There is another restaurant: &ampldquoLe Petit Randonneur&rdquo which has a very relaxed atmosphere. The food is delicious and once again, the price is affordable.
At Saint Pierre : &ampldquoLe Retro,&rdquo slightly more expensive than the other restaurants but a real feast for the eyes.
