4 ripe tomatoes 6 chilies 1 onion Zest of 1 combava 1 tsp salt A piece of ginger
Method :
Coarsely chop the tomatoes. Finely grind the ginger with the salt, chilies, zest of combava and ginger using a pestle and mortar. Then, add the tomatoes and again crush all the condiments together. Next, add the minced onion and stir well.
