500g French beans 3 carrots ½ green cabbages 2 onions and 2 cloves of garlic 1 piece of ginger ½ tsp curcuma Lemon juice 1 tbsp red vinegar Salt, chilies and oil
Method :
Chop the French beans, carrots and cabbages in julienne (cut into thin shreds). Thinly slice the onions, and then crush the ginger, salt, garlic and chili together. Fry the vegetables gently in the oil. Brown the onions in a separate saucepan, and then add the crushed condiments while stirring. Add the curcuma and then, pour over the vegetables. Mix all the ingredients while adding the vinegar.
