-4 ripe bananas -25 g butter -1 tsp ground cinnamon -5 tbsp rum -3 tbsp honey
Method :
Cut the peeled bananas into thick slices. Brown gently in the butter, remove from the pan and keep warm. Pour the rum into the pan, add the cinnamon and honey. Mix and simmer until the mixture gets slightly thick. Pour the sauce onto the hot slices of banana. Serve with crème fraîche or custard.
