-8 pineapple slices -5 tbsp brown sugar -10cl rum -1 small glass orange juice -juice of 1/2 lemon -20g butter -1 pinch powdered cinnamon -1 pinch powdered nutmeg -1 drop vanilla extract or 1 tsp vanilla sugar
Method :
Mix the orange juice and lemon juice with the cinnamon, the nutmeg, the vanilla and two tablespoons of sugar. Melt the butter in one tablespoon of oil in a pan. Fry the pineapple on each side for 3 minutes over medium heat. The slices shouldn’t stick. Once slightly browned, pour the fruit juice over and reduce a little. Pour the rum over and flambé.
