-Zest of 1 combava -1 small onion -Ginger -1 garlic clove -Chilies -Salt, oil and vinegar
Method :
Pound the combava zest, ginger, garlic, chilies and salt together. Finely chop the onion. In a large bowl, mix all the condiments together with 2 tablespoons of oil and 1 tablespoon of white vinegar (you can use lemon juice instead of white vinegar). This chili sauce is served with dry dishes.
