500g pork, cut into big chunks (leg or shoulder) 5 tomatoes, chopped 2 onions 2 garlic cloves 1 piece of ginger (or powder) Salt 1 thyme sprig 1/2 tsp curcuma (or saffron powder) 3 tbsp oil
Method :
Heat the oil in a pan and fry the pieces of meat until golden brown. Next, add the onions and sauté until golden brown again. Meanwhile, crush the garlic and ginger into a paste. Then, add the crushed condiments, tomatoes, curcuma and thyme to the pan. Season with salt and stir well. Cover with water and simmer for about 30 minutes.
