1 coconut 1/4 sugar cane syrup 3/4 white rum nutmeg crushed ice
Method :
Make a hole in the coconut and drain out the water. Remove the skin and grate the pulp. Put 3 tablespoons of crushed ice, 1 teaspoon of coconut pulp, 1 teaspoon of coconut water, 1 draft of sugar cane syrup and 3 drafts of white rum into each glass. Powder with grated nutmeg. Blend and serve with two straws.
