1, 2 kg shin of beef 6 small onions 1 piece of ginger Chives Salt, pepper and oil
Method :
Heat oil in a pan and when hot, add the thinly sliced meat and cook for 10 minutes. Meanwhile, cut the onions and ginger into thin slices and stir in with the meat. Season with salt and pepper. Simmer gently on a low heat for 30 minutes. Sprinkle with finely chopped chives and serve.
