Tagliatelles served with char siu by Brigitte Grondin

Ingredients :


Serves : 4 to 6 persons

300 to 400g char siu, cut into pieces
20g ginger
1 medium-sized onion
2 garlic cloves
4 tbsp soya sauce
1 pack of chive, finely chopped
3 sprigs of coriander, snipped
500g tagliatelles

Method :

In a pan simmer the finely minced onion together with the ginger and garlic paste until golden brown.
Stir in the char siu and allow to cook for 5 minutes. Take off heat.
Simmer the tagliatelles until al dente.
To serve, place the tagliatelle into a serving dish, scatter the char siu over and garnish with herbs.
