500 g pork loin 1/2 L soya sauce 1 glass of Marie-brizard liqueur 100 g honey
Method :
Cut the pork loin into 2cm thick slices. For the marinade, pour the Marie- brizard liqueur, honey and soya sauce into a bowl and stir. Put the pork loin in the marinade sauce and allow macerating overnight, in stirring from time to time. Place the meat on a rack over a roasting tin. Cook in the oven for an hour until the pork is golden brown and cooked through.
