- 1 large green papaya - 1 onion - 4 sprigs of parsley - 1 boiled egg - ¼ tsp vetsin - Salt, pepper, vinegar and oil
Method :
Peel, seed and cut the pawpaw into 4 large slices. Then, shred the slices of pawpaw. Immerse the shredded pawpaw in water season with salt and vinegar. Drain it on a tea towel. Meanwhile, chop the onions, snip the parsley and pound the boiled egg with a fork. Mix the pawpaw together with the egg and onion and sprinkle the dressing onto it. The dressing consists of salt, pepper, oil, vinegar and vetsin. To serve, place the mixture of the pawpaw onto a few lettuces and sprinkle it with finely minced parsley.
