Ingredients :
(for 4 personnes)- 1 fresh ginger root
- 5 tbsp white vinegar
- 2 tsp fine granulated sugar
Method :
Peel the ginger and cut it into thin slices.Place the slices of ginger in a bowl and sprinkle with sugar.
Macerate in vinegar for at least one hour.
