- 1 kg of breadfruit - 2 parsley stalks - 6 green onion stalks - Flour - 1 tsp curcuma - Salt, pepper and oil
Method :
Peel and seed the breadfruit in cold water. Next, wash and cut the breadfruit in thick slices. Cook in boiling water for 25 minutes. Mash the breadfruit with a potato masher. Combine the breadfruit in a bowl with the chopped parsley, green onions and curcuma. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Shape the mixture into small balls and coat in flour. Deep fry it until golden brown. Serve with chili.
