20 prawn tails 200 g flour 2 eggs 1/2 sachet of baking powder Salt and vetsin
Method :
Mix together the flour, eggs, salt, baking powder and vetsin into a smooth batter. Shell the prawns, except the end of the tails. Blanch in salted boiling water for 5 minutes and strain it well. Holding the tail, dip each prawn into the batter to coat and deep fry it for 1 to 2 minutes.
