(for 4 personnes)
- 2 avocados - 1 can of crab - 30g cooked rice - 4 tbsp mayonnaise - 1 tsp mustard - 1 tbsp ketchup - Juice of ½ lemon - A few drops of Tabasco - A few chives - Salt and pepper
Method :
Stir the mustard together with the mayonnaise. Season it with salt and pepper and pour the lemon juice onto it. Add the ketchup and Tabasco. Halve the avocados lengthways and remove the stones. Carefully, scoop the flesh out and dice it.
Next, mix the avocados together with the flaked crabs, sauce and rice. Garnish and sprinkle each half of the avocado with finely chopped chives.
