-1/4 cup flour -1/4 cup sugar -1/4 tsp salt -125 g butter -1 egg yolk -1 egg white -1 small cup grated coconut
Method :
This is a recipe of Indian origin.
Cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add a beaten egg yolk and mix well. Combine flour and salt. Add to the mixture. Form the dough into small ballsand roll them over the beaten egg white and the coconut. Place on a greased baking tray. With the forefinger, press down into the centre of each cookie. Bake for 20 minutes. Onced baked, put jam on the top.
