1 small lime 1 small onion Fresh chilies Salt and oil
Method :
Wash and thinly slice the lime. Next, cut each slices into four pieces and chop them. Slice the onion thinly and crush the chilies with the salt. Combine all the ingredients with 1 tablespoon of oil. Leave to rest for one hour. This lime chutney is served with fish dishes.
