250g roasted peanuts (unsalted) 3 large tomatoes 1 onion Chili (according to personal taste) Salt
Method :
Place the peanuts in a mortar and pestle until a paste is obtained. Next, boil the tomatoes and then peel them. Finely chop the onions. Crush the chili with the salt. In a bowl, combine all the ingredients together and add the minced onion. Stir well and add a little water to moisten the mixture.
