-1kg pork leg, cut into chunks -800g potatoes -3 onions, finely minced -5 garlic cloves -1 sprig of thyme -Salt, pepper and oil
Method :
Ground the garlic, salt and pepper into a paste. Gently brown the meat over a brisk heat for about 8 minutes. Add the onions and simmer for 2 minutes, before adding the crushed condiments and the sprig of thyme. Fill the pan with water and cook over a medium heat for 35 minutes. Meanwhile, peel the potatoes and cut each one into four pieces. Next, add the potatoes to the pan and simmer for about 15 minutes. At the end of cooking, the sauce should have reduced.
