-1 onion, diced -2 garlic cloves -1 tbsp five-spice powder -1 small piece of ginger -25 cl soya sauce -3 tbsp honey -6 tbsp oil -800g pork tenderloin, diced -2 tomatoes, diced -1 green bell pepper, diced
Method :
Ground the garlic and ginger into a paste. Combine all the ingredients, except the pork tenderloin, into a smooth mixture. Next, pour the marinade over the pork tenderloin and allow to rest for 2 hours. Put the pork tenderloin cubes onto skewers alternating with the bell pepper, tomatoes and onions. Grill for 15 to 20 minutes.
