200 g puff pastry 6 bananas 3 egg yolks 150 g brown sugar 1 dl cream 50 g flour 5 cl rum
Method :
Spread the pastry out in a pastry case. Prick with a fork. Purée half of the bananas. Whip the cream, the sugar, the yolks, the flour and the rum together. Add the puréed bananas. Spread over the pastry and garnish with banana slices. Bake in a moderate oven for about 20 minutes.
