2 green mangoes 1 small onion Chilies Salt and oil
Method :
Mango chutney is usually served with fish dishes. Peel the mango and cut it into small cubes. Allow to macerate in slightly salted water for approximately 20 minutes. Then, dry the cubes on a tea towel. Meanwhile, finely slice the onion. Next, crush the chilies with salt and place all the ingredients in a bowl and stir gently to combine while adding 3 tablespoons of oil.
