-850 g mango -800 g sugar -1 lime -1 cinnamon stick
Method :
Slice the mangoes in half, remove the stones, peel and cut into pieces. Put the fruit together with the sugar and the cinnamon in a preserving pan. Add the lime juice and the grated zest blanched for 2 minutes beforehand. Cook over a low heat for one hour while stirring occasionally. Put into jars.
