-200 g roasted peanuts (without salt) -400 g cane sugar
Method :
Peel the peanuts and split them in two. Mix the sugar together with 1/4l of water and cook over a medium heat to obtain a syrup. Allow it to thicken, stirring regularly. Add the peanuts and stir constantly until you obtain a thick caramel. When it becomes golden brown, pour onto a greased baking tray. Level out with a spatula and allow it to cool. Once cold, cut into pieces.
