Ingredients :
-250g grated coconut
-100g sugar
-3 tbsp Nestlé condensed milk
Method :
Cook the sugar with the milk over medium heat. Before it starts to change colour, add the grated coconut. When the mixture doesn’t stick anymore to the bottom of the pan, remove it from the heat. Make little piles of the mixture and allow to dry.
