-300 g flour -3 tsp ground cinnamon -1/2 sachet baking powder -150 g sugar -75 g butter -1 egg -3 tbsp milk
Method :
Sift the flour, the cinnamon and the baking powder together. Add the sugar and mix. Crumble the mixture together while adding the butter gradually. Make a hole in the mixture and add the egg and milk. Knead out the dough and gather into a ball. Wrap in Cellophane (transparent film) and allow to rest for 30 minutes. Roll it out until approximately 5 cm thick and cut out circles. Lay on a baking tray and bake in a preheated oven for 10 minutes at a medium heat. The biscuits need to be golden-brown.
