1 kg sausage, cut into pieces 3 tbsp oil 2 big onions, finely chopped 2 garlic cloves A piece of ginger or (powder) 5 tomatoes, thinly chopped 1 sprig of thyme 2 pinches of curcuma (or saffron powder) 1 chili
Method :
Heat the oil in a pan and fry the onions until golden brown. Add the sausage pieces to the pan. Next, stir in the garlic, ginger and tomatoes. Add the thyme, curcuma and chili along with some water. Cover and simmer over a low heat for about 30 minutes. The sauce should be fairly thick.
